ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed by 9am on a trading day, are generally processed and dispatched that same day, subject to stock availability. A further 3 to 5 working days should be allowed for local orders delivery and possibly longer for country and interstate orders. Solid Solutions provides a delivery service using the most effective and economic freight services available. Runs on stock can be unpredictable. Solid Solutions aims to provide the best service, however it will not be held accountable for delays due to its delivery services or stock availability.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Notification of an order change or cancellation must be made by email to sales@solidsolutions.com.au by 9am in order to be implemented by that days order processing. Customers phoning requiring technical advice which may effect change to a placed order will similarly have to email back any changes after the technical support phone call. It is company policy that all order details always be in writing.
RISK OF LOSS
Goods are despatched from Solid Solutions on the understanding that once an order leaves our factory the risk of damage or loss in transit and title for such goods passes to the customer. Solid Solutions is not legally obliged to buy may assist customers with damaged goods issues.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times stated on the website or via phone/email are an approximation only and may vary depending on external factors beyond Solid Solution’s control. Delivery time will also be impacted by stock availability. Solid Solutions cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.
