1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Daily Cut-Off Time (Sydney, Australia – AEST):

Orders placed before 8:00 AM are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.

Local pick-up is available from our Belmore, NSW location.
Orders are usually ready within 24 hours (business days).
