Blue resin

I was going to mention this batch is really thick and has a pretty strong blue tint to it. It does matter when you use it for thin layer but in thicker layer mix with with tint it’s a bit of a problem.

The blue tint is intentionally added as part of the UV protection system to help reduce yellowing over time and improve long-term clarity.

Please rest assured this does not affect the performance or usability of the resin. Once mixed and poured, the blue tint is not visible in the final cured project under normal use. It is only more noticeable in the bottle or when viewed in very thin liquid layers.

In thicker pours or when combined with pigments/tints, it will cure and perform as intended without the blue colour showing in the finished result.

Best Regards
