Interference Ghost White mica powder gives clear epoxy resin an opalescent white colour with a soft, colour-shifting shimmer that looks pale until it catches the light. It is a highly concentrated titanium mica pigment in a 20g jar that disperses easily into resin. Use it for colour-shift geode edges, dusted moulds and shimmering river tables. Add a small amount to your mixed resin and build up gradually. A little goes a long way.

How to colour epoxy resin with Interference Ghost White mica powder

Mix your resin first
Measure your resin and hardener at the correct ratio and mix them thoroughly before adding any colour.

Add the mica gradually
Stir in a small amount of powder, mixing until there are no dry specks or clumps.

Build up the shimmer
Add more powder a little at a time until the shimmer is as strong as you want. You can always add more, but you can't take colour out.

Pour, or dust a mould first
Pour as normal within your resin's working time, or brush dry powder onto a mould before pouring clear resin over it for a dusted finish.
