How to Use

1
Shake both Part A and Part B bottles well before use.
2
Measure out equal parts A and B by volume — for example, 100ml Part A to 100ml Part B — into a straight-sided, flat-bottomed container. For optimal mixing, use a minimum of 100ml combined A and B.
3
Mix thoroughly with a flat, ruler-shaped stick, scraping the sides and base. Work time is short, so mix in under a minute until the colour is streak-free and uniformly light amber.
4
Pour immediately into your silicone rubber mould. Demould after 15 – 40 minutes at 20°C.

Colour & Fillers

Solid Cast 660 cures to an amber/white finish, or cloudy white if any moisture is absorbed during mixing. It can be coloured using epoxy pigments, dyes and mica powders, and accepts a filler ratio of up to 200% (mineral or metallic) to imitate materials like bronze or aluminium.

Storage & Safety

Solid Cast 660 is moisture sensitive — replace the caps on both bottles immediately after use to prevent premature curing or clouding.

Solid Cast 660

I have used this resin before. I find it works for casting in my 2-part Moulds. Although can be a bit thinner than I need.
Can you recommend a filler to it to make it a bit thicker before pouring.
Would you add it to part A or part B.
I know talcum powder can be used, but not sure which part to add it to.

Works out well for my purpose. Although I am finding it is setting a bit too fast.
Do you offer a product that has a longer working time?
