Solid Cast 606 | Resin for Jewellery Making 3:1

Solid Cast 606 Resin Jewellery is a hard, super ultra clear 3:1 epoxy resin for jewellery making, doming and small castings. Use it to cast pendants, earrings, bangles, key rings and medallions, dome over artwork and metal badges, or cast chess pieces and paperweights with embedded coins, medals, shells and collectables.

Solid Cast 606 has a long history of commercial use as a capping resin over metal badges, with the surface tension and viscosity to form a clean, clear dome. It gives about 40 minutes of working time at 25 °C, cures in about 24 hours between 20 °C and 30 °C, and reaches maximum impact strength after 5 days. Block castings of up to around 250 mL can be made in a silicone rubber mould.
