Fast Cure Epoxy Resin 1:1 is a quick setting, crystal clear epoxy resin for moulds and small to medium casting projects. Resin and hardener mix in equal parts by volume, you get 15–20 minutes of working time at 20 °C, and most pieces can be demoulded in about 4 hours. Pour 1–15 mm per layer for pendants, jewellery, key rings, coasters, flower preservation and doming. Once cured it is heat resistant up to 80 °C. Available in 500mL, 2L and 4L kits.

How to use Fast Cure Epoxy Resin

Measure 1:1
Measure equal parts Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener) by volume, not by weight.

Mix thoroughly
Mix slowly for 4 minutes in a straight-sided container, scraping the sides and base until the mix is crystal clear with no streaks.

Let it de-air
Leave the mixed resin to sit for about 2 minutes so air can rise out.

Pour
Pour into your mould or onto your piece, up to 15 mm per layer.

Release bubbles and demould
Pass a butane torch over the surface without touching the resin. Most pieces can be demoulded after about 4 hours.
Pour up to 15 mm per layer. For deeper pieces, pour in layers.
